Crystal Reports

Crystal is an integral part of Macola, but it can be much more than a simple reporting tool.  Combine it with automated faxing or emailing to transmit forms and reports to staff, customers and vendors.  Forms like invoices and acknowledgements say a lot about your company. A nicely presented form containing all of the relevant information saves on phone inquiries and gives your company a professional 'polished' look.

Combined with low cost report distribution tools (email or fax) Crystal can be used to automatically send daily sales reports, shortage reports or any other information that keeps you and your staff informed.  Crystal can also be used to transmit exception reports - only sending out a report when a pre-defined condition is met.
